COMMON AREAS

The Salt Point subdivision is privileged to offer more than ten acres of common land for its owners to share and enjoy. The common areas offer fields and forests, gardens and woodlands. The waterfront area is notable for its deepwater dock, boathouse, swimming and picnic areas and outdoor fireplace. Close to the entrance to Salt Point, common areas include the hillside meadows, the potting shed, organic vegetable gardens, perennial gardens and walking trails through the forested areas.

A small cabin and courts for racquet sports for the enjoyment of future Salt Point residents are currently in the planning stages.
